Trout baked in foil
One of my favorite recipes – trout baked in foil. The dish that fascinated my family, and that doesn't give me much trouble. Due to the fact that in the preparation used foil, the fish retains all the useful minerals. The taste is stunning.
Prepared the trout very quickly – 20 minutes. The following ingredients makes 4 servings.
We will need:
- rainbow trout weights about 800 grams,
- 1 tsp finely grated ginger
- tbsp soy concentrate,
- 1 medium lemon,
- 1 tomato,
- 50 gr. frozen butter,
- 1 tsp. dried Basil,
- 1 tbsp olive oil.
First we need to carefully clean and wash the fish. Remove the scales from tail towards the head. Remove the intestines, cut the fins and head. Thoroughly wash.
Now prepare the marinade for fish. It must grate with olive oil to trout are better soaked in spices. In a bowl mix soy concentrate, ginger, Basil and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Pour this marinade the fish and leave for half an hour in the fridge.
Then cut the tomato into rings. Their thickness must be 3-4 mm. Uniform layer spread tomato on the foil and on top – the carcass of the trout. On the side of the fish, make slanting cuts with a distance of 1 cm In these incisions, we insert a piece of frozen butter. Trout wrap it up tightly with foil and put it in the oven with temperature 180 for 20 minutes.

Trout baked in foil with potatoes
This dish would be prepared in 30-35 minutes. It also is designed for 4 people. Although the fish is so tasty that it can eat and 1.
We need to:
- rainbow trout weights 800 gr.
- the same amount of potatoes (preferably young) small size,
- 1 medium orange,
- 3 sprigs of tarragon,
- 2 tbsp olive oil,
- salt to taste.
To this dish I recommend to cook the sauce until the fish is baked.
For him, we need:
- 1 large pickled cucumber,
- 5 tbsp sour cream,
- 3 sprigs of dill,
- 1 tsp of lemon juice.
Of course, first you need to gut and wash the trout, as described above. RUB the fish with salt and sprinkle with olive oil. Inside lay sprigs of tarragon.
Now cut the orange rings with a thickness of a few millimeters. 2/3 of this cutting evenly spread on a foil, then the fish, and on top of the remaining orange. All tightly wrap it up with foil.
Do garnish. If you cook potatoes, then it should be easy to wash and dry. If not, clean it from the skin and cut into several slices of medium size. Sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with oil and put it on a baking sheet. It also put our trout.
Send the dish in the oven, heated to 180 for 35 minutes. For 5 minutes before the end with the fish, remove foil and oranges and continue to cook. Because of this, we will get a Golden crust. Before serving, remove the fish from the sprigs of tarragon.
So, now the sauce. Preparing it is very simple. We need only mix the sour cream with finely chopped pickled cucumber and finely chopped parsley, add the lemon juice and mix well.

For its preparation we will use:
- 4 pieces trout of small size,
- 300 gr. mushrooms,
- 1 medium-sized onion,
- 150 gr. cheese,
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste.
Trout should be carefully gutted, cleaned from the husk and cut off the fins. The head will not touch, but will need to remove the fisheye. Wash the fish, dry it and RUB with salt inside and out. Leaving and making the filling.
My mushrooms and either finely chop them or grate. Now we have to get rid of excess fluid. For this purpose, a small amount of oil fry them until all the liquid has evaporated. When they have cooled, mix them with finely grated cheese. With this mixture stuff the trout.
