Zrazy potato with tomatoes
Potato dishes are many. Most of them are delicious, nutritious and appetizing. Today we introduce you to another one, very original recipe.
On the agenda for the winter holidays and on this occasion I want to cook something purely winter – hearty in the oven. Let's make today zrazy potato, baked in the oven. What to choose from, we have a very original recipe of this dish. Try, maybe you'll like it!
Pancakes with nuts, tomatoes, cheese
For 4 servings we will need the following ingredients:
- About 1 kg of potatoes;
- About 1 Cup of flour;
- 2-3 eggs;
- Vegetable oil – a couple of tablespoons and for frying;
- About 350g. fresh, ripe tomatoes;
- 80g. cheese - grated;
- 50g. chopped nuts;
- 20 g chopped coriander;
- About 200-300 g of sour cream;
- Salt, pepper – to taste.
Potatoes thoroughly wash, peel, then dried and RUB on a small grater. Add in the grated potatoes with the flour, pre-whipped eggs with salt and pepper, a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil, well kneaded dough.
Prepared this way the pastry, roll out small cakes,
spread even layer of sliced pre-washed, semi-dried tomatoes, then sprinkle with grated cheese, chopped nuts, and chopped cilantro also.
Suscipiam tightly each potato cake, top grease with a yolk. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Lay thus prepared pellets into the pan.
Then put rolls in oven and bake them until Golden brown. Accordingly, then remove from the pan, let cool slightly, then serve with sour cream.
Our dish is ready!
Serve it with vegetable salads, as a main dish.
